Solar and Storage Development

We take solar projects from initial concept through to ready-to-build (RTB) status, through the following activities.

Identify and secure suitable land, ensuring strong solar resource, grid connections, and overall project feasibility.
Negotiate long-term leases with landowners.
Manage permitting and approvals, including planning applications, environmental assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
Secure grid connections by submitting applications, overseeing technical studies, and negotiating with network operators.
Develop the commercial structure, building financial models, and engaging investors or lenders
Oversee technical design and engineering, including system layout, site surveys, and technology selection.
